This is the nest I was planning on adding to the pine until I thought the pine painting looked like oriental bamboo and I liked it. I wanted the nest to look cozy so I added drapery. Then I loved the drapery and decided to keep it in a few other paintings I painted next. I hope you can see in this photo that the eggs look like little pearls.
