After I finished painting Cutting Fruit, I thought I may as well cut the honeydew I used in it and see what it looked like. It had great colors and I love the lightness of it contrasted to the darker tonal background. I grabbed the green grapes from Cutting Fruit and used an old tin piece I just love. I think this is an elegant painting.
